    Factory HR/ Admin Personnel

    Job Location: New Makun City, Lagos - Ibadan Expy

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits, maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers’ compensation claims, and return-to-work programs are completed.
    • Planning for the arrival of expats, and finding /sorting appropriate accommodation for employees.
    • Providing support to expats when and as required.
    • Creating and managing employee packages
    • Overseeing the performance management of the employees and assisting with salary planning.
    • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
    • Steering HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintaining HR-related spreadsheets and updating and distributing them on a predetermined schedule.
    • Managing dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees, government agencies, etc.
    • Preparing documentation regarding labor relations assignments

    Job Requirements:

    • B.Sc degree in labor relations, business management, or human resources is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of diversity management.
    • Great verbal and written communication skills; not afraid to speak up when required.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office suite of software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely transport employees, clients, and goods to and from specified locations.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of company vehicles.
    • Conduct routine checks on vehicles and report any issues to management.
    •  Keep accurate records of travel time, destinations, and any incidents.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for passengers.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate setting. Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
    • Must reside around Ajah.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
    • Basic maintenance knowledge of vehicles is a plus.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
