    Display Attendant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for Display Attendants to render excellent customer service to our customers.
    • We are looking for someone with the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the display section is kept clean at all times
    • Receive and arrange products from the bakery, pastry and kitchen
    • Arrange product name tags according to company standard
    • Arrange delivery packs as directed
    • Ensure that products received and the balance of products at the end of each shift is well recorded.
    • Ensure adequate materials that will be used are arranged in a timely manner
    • Provide outstanding customer service to guests.

    Qualifications 

    • Diploma / OND in any field of study.
    • Years Of Experience:: Minimum of 6 months experience obtained in a well-structured quick service restaurant.

    • Good physical abilities
    • Critical thinking and time management skills
    • Patience, Personality and Perseverance abilities
    • Active listening, practical communication skills with excellent team spirit

    Floor Runner

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for energetic and professional Floor Runners to join our vibrant restaurant in order to assist the wait staff improve the dining experience for customers.
    • You will perform various tasks, including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and wait staff.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with their orders by explaining specials, meals, and drinks, and make recommendations.
    • Deliver food orders to a variety of customers in a timely manner.
    • Accurately explain food orders to chefs, specifically to allergies and special requests.
    • Help the wait staff set up tables by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins.
    • Uphold our food health safety and sanitation principles.
    • Occasionally check on customers to handle any impromptu requests or issues.
    • Remove dirty dishes from the table.
    • Inform management of customer feedback.
    • Provide outstanding customer service to guests.

    Skills / Abilities

    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
    • Years Of Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.
    • Active listening, outstanding communication and people skills with great team spirit.
    • Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.
    • Superb multitasking skills.
    • Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.

    Bar Runner

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Bar Runner to provide a classic, friendly and innovative drinking experience to our esteemed customers, assess customers' needs and make recommendations when necessary to give an excellent customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare varieties of drinks and beverages.
    • Present bar menu and make recommendations.
    • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
    • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
    • Display items in compliance with Restaurant standards.
    • Establish a suitable environment to keep the customer satisfied.

    Qualifications 

    • OND qualification.
    • Years of Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience needed.

    • Ability to manage tasks and time management efficiently.
