    Customer Relations Officer

    Summary

    • The Customer care Executive is responsible for scheduling appointments, billing patients, organising receipts, purchasing materials for the display shop, counselling and informing patients.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Alert appropriate staff of patient arrivals.
    • Check that lab cases have been received the day before treatment.
    • Greet patients by name and update addresses, telephone numbers and insurance information as appropriate
    • Check accounts balances of patients coming in and prepares to discuss any monies due.
    • Securing appropriate and timely management of patient care and treatment.
    • Reschedule the late patient and any no-shows that occur during the day.
    • Provide quality customer service by giving the feeling of “being in good hands” to the patients through personal and telephonic counselling.
    • Optimizing patient understanding of our therapy spectrum by individual counselling and information regarding possible and planned treatments and therapies.
    • Determine the status of the following continuing care visit for each hygiene patient seen during the day to ensure no one is missed.
    • Keep staff and doctor informed of next available opening; time allotted for emergency patients, possible no-shows
    • Provide billing to patients.
    • In individual cases (and as a substitute) prophylaxis treatments, assistance at the dental treatment chair, instrument disinfection and –sterilization.
    • Plays a creative part in the arrangement of new methods, and improvements in patient service.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience.

    Dental Nurse

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
    • Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary
    • Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs.
    • Preparing Patients for dental procedures.
    • Operate technical dental machines in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
    • Assist dentist in examining dental and oral health of patients
    • Assist dentist in attending to patients within the allocated time for waiting and treatment
    • Comply with all Practices’ policies and procedures on diagnosis, treatment, etc.
    • Input, update and keep accurate records of Patients’ dental structure.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • National Diploma in Dental Health is required.
    • Additional certification or training is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years post-College of Health Technology and progressive experience as an assistant within the private and public sectors. Experience working with public health and health systems is an advantage.

    Business Development Officer

    Summary

    • The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding our patient base.

    Client Retention:

    • Monitor Google Reviews
    • Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service.

    Client Acquisition:

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • 3 - 7 years work experience.
    • Extensive experience in dental practice from a leading clinic.
