    Product Designer

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Responsibilities
    Day to Day Duties:

    • Own product design for our mission-focused team by delivering functional, usable, & visually appealing designs always.
    • Work end to end: research into ideas that form behaviour-changing features, then design the workflows and detailed interactions to see them come to life
    • Work closely with engineers as they build and release.
    • Invest in design standards, systems, and processes alongside your team members to create world-class best practices.
    • Shape product strategy and vision together with product managers.
    • Work closely with the team to research and validate designs with our users in mind
    • Work with a product manager to run experiments to test your design hypothesis.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Have at least 2/3+ years as a designer who has delivered ground-breaking & culture shaping digital products.
    • Enjoy the entire product development process, from ideation through to detailed UI.
    • Are most comfortable with tools like XD and Figma and are willing to learn any new tool that will make your work more impactful.
    • You have knowledge of rapid prototyping software e.g. Protopie.
    • History of validating your designs against real customer feedback and data.
    • Have a portfolio full of detailed examples of outstanding interaction design, especially native mobile apps.
    • Want to deliver great experiences and solve problems for our customers.
    • Conversant with inclusive design principles + Impressive visual skills.

    Product Manager

    Responsibilities
    Day to Day Duties:

    • Work closely with the team to research and validate your assumptions with our users in mind, running experiments and analyzing the results.
    • Communicate constantly and deliver the product vision within your team and across the company.
    • Gather requirements, determine the design work, write and prioritize user-stories, and manage your team as a startup within a startup.
    • Identify market opportunities and contribute to the product vision and business strategy.
    • Meet frequently with marketing, data, engineering and other Bankly stakeholders to both capture requirements and communicate progress of new Product releases.
    • Gathering post-launch client feedback and quickly capture learnings to adapt the product.
    • Invest in systems, and processes alongside your team members to create world-class best practices.
    • Work with the Chief Product Officer to track and manage the development team’s work.
    • Provide support with Agile/SCRUM practices.
    • Manage & Optimize the Bankly Product Map.
    • Supporting multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle simultaneously
    • Conduct user and product research to identify baselines and gaps in the market
    • Develop functional requirements with the Technical Product Manager, based on business needs.
    • Maintain accurate and complete product-related information.
    • Create support and training documents for internal and external users.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Have 4 years of product management experience, having managed at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch in delivering groundbreaking & culture shaping digital products.
    • Experienced in using User Story Mapping, Core Banking Application Mgt, Figma, ClickUp, Trello, Azure Board, Work Item Prioritisation, Stakeholder Management
    • Candidateshould possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Ability to always put the customer first, seeking to validate your assumptions against real customer feedback and data.
    • Have proven track record leading with complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues.
    • Have a great eye for understanding and tracking data, using your analytical skills to support the evolution of Bankly's product roadmap.
    • Have entrepreneurial DNA: flexible to changes, eager to learn, proactive to act, resilient to failure, persistent in making an impact.
    • Bold, tenacious, and not afraid to challenge the status quo, always supported by facts, data and empirical research.

    Telesales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Operations of Marketing and Sales Managers
    • Help sales managers to establish initial contact with new customers.
    • Assist with up-selling opportunities when new products are being released.
    • Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Initiate sales with potential agents over the phone.
    • Listening to the customers' needs to generate market insights
    • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
    • Answering customers' questions on the products.

    Requirements / Skills

    • B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience in same role
    • Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication and people skills required.
    • Working knowledge of fintech and agent/aggregator management is preferred.
    • Team player.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures.
    • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.

    • Fluent in English and any other local languages would be an added advantage.

    Creative Art Director

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a creative Art Director who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”.
    • You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
    • Produce sketches, storyboards roughs to visualize ideas
    • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
    • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
    • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
    • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions

    Requirements / Skills / Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related fields.
    • 3 - 5 years of work experience.
    • Proven working experience as Art Director
    • Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
    • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
    • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
    • Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
