    Head of Investment (Fixed Deposit Products)

    Job Summary:

    • The Head of Investment (Fixed Deposit Products) will be responsible for driving the bank’s fixed deposit growth strategy, leading high-value client acquisition, optimizing deposit mobilization, developing competitive investment offerings, fostering strategic partnerships, attaining all set investment targets and ensuring team coherence and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Requirement:

    • First degree in a relevant field
    • Minimum of 10 years in financial sales, preferably within banking or Financial Sector
    • Experience in a senior leadership team
    • Hand-on experience building and HNI as well as delivering high yield fixed assets
    • Target driven, sales acumen, financial analyses and negotiation skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of investment managers focused on acquiring fixed deposits and driving them to achieve set goals and targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear performance targets, and provide continuous feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed goals.
    • Develop comprehensive strategic plans to drive the acquisition and retention of fixed deposits, aligning with the bank's overall business objectives.
    • Guide relationship managers in crafting customized fixed deposit proposals that meet clients' financial needs and objectives.
    • Oversee the end-to-end process of fixed deposit sales, from initial client engagement to final agreement and fund transfer, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
    • Monitor the progress of fixed deposit deals in the pipeline, providing strategic direction and support to ensure timely and successful consummation of sales.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the fixed deposit market.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling promotional materials and outreach programs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing high-level support and guidance to investment managers in managing client portfolios.
    • Prepare detailed reports on team performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for management.

    Head of Sales

    Job Summary:

    • The Head of sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, executing the business strategic sales initiatives, identifying market opportunities, optimizing sales processes, meeting all set targets and fostering key client relationships to expand the bank’s market share.

    Requirement:

    • First degree in a relevant field
    • Min. of 8 years in financial sales, preferably within the banking or Fin sec.
    • Experience in a senior leadership team
    • Hand-on experience building and managing large loan portfolios
    • Hand on experience managing a large sales force to deliver target
    • Target driven, sales acumen, risk assessment and negotiation skills

    Relationship Manager

    Job description

    • Building and managing strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers, serving as the single point of contact for new business as well existing portfolios.
    • Drive deposit mobilization for the bank.
    • Develop and implement a sales plan for identified target customers with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the company.
    • Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and private individual clients and individual depositors
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
    • Ensure fixed deposit account opening form is duly completed and registered.
    • Advice client of deposit status.
    • Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products together with the Business Development to achieve the overall deposit targets.
    • Liaise with Deposit Mobilization Team Lead to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator and also protect the interest of both the depositors and the organization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's and / or Master's Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing and any other related course
    • 2 to 5 years experience as deposit mobilization officer or relationship manager in a finance firm, bank or fintech.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Negotiation Skills
    • Relevant experience in a Microfinance or commercial bank is an advantage
    • Target and results-oriented and willing to take responsibilities.
