    HVAC VRV/VRF Technician

    Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC VRV/VRF Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair VRV/VRF air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, commission, and maintain VRV/VRF HVAC systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and carry out effective repairs.
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, and pressure testing in line with safety standards.
    • Test and monitor system components including electrical controls, airflow, and refrigerant levels.
    • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
    • Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
    • Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with VRV/VRF systems.
    • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
    • Experience working with brands such as Daikin, LG, Samsung, and Mitsubishi Electric.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical schematics.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Ability to work in confined spaces and handle manual tasks when required.
    • Relevant HVAC certification or licensing is an added advantage.
