    Quality Control Officer (Woodwork & Interior Finishing)

    Job Summary

    The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products and project installations meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations. This role covers supervision of woodwork production (kitchens, wardrobes, furniture), site installations, and finishing works to ensure consistency, durability, and premium finishing across all projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct quality inspections on all woodwork, including:
    • Kitchen cabinets
    • Wardrobes
    • TV units and wall cladding
    • Furniture and customized woodwork
    • Monitor site installations to ensure:
    • Accurate measurements and proper alignment
    • High-quality finishing
    • Compliance with approved designs and technical drawings
    • Identify defects, errors, or inconsistencies and ensure immediate corrective actions
    • Collaborate closely with:
    • Production team
    • Designers
    • Site supervisors
    • Installation teams
    • Ensure all materials (wood, fittings, accessories, etc.) meet required quality standards
    • Approve finished products before delivery or installation
    • Maintain detailed quality control reports and documentation for each project
    • Ensure all work aligns with company standards and client specifications
    • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in Quality Control within:
    • Woodwork / Carpentry
    • Interior design / finishing
    • Construction or furniture manufacturing
    • Strong knowledge of:
    • Kitchen and wardrobe production processes
    • Finishing techniques and material standards
    • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to read and interpret design and technical drawings
    • Good communication and team coordination skills
    • Ability to work both on-site and in factory environments

    Accountant

    Job Summary:

    The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial activities related to showroom sales, projects, and overall business operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to provide financial insights to support decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Record all sales transactions and project-related payments accurately
    • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and quotations tracking
    • Monitor project costs, profit margins, and sales commissions
    • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
    • Handle supplier payments and operational expenses
    • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
    • Manage staff salaries and commission structures
    • Reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy
    • Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Accounting or Finance
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
    • Experience in construction or interior design business is an added advantage
    • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

    Truck Driver

    Location: Cele Nisa Area, Okoko, Lagos
    Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
    Salary: ₦110,000 

    Requirements

    • Valid Nigerian Driver’s License
    • Minimum of 2–5 years’ driving experience
    • Good knowledge of Lagos road networks
    • Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks
    • Honest, responsible, and safety-conscious
