    Admin Officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Know your system and equipment
    • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning and maintenance teams
    • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and equipment, are well-maintained
    • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards
    • Monitoring the energy efficiency and cost- effectiveness
    • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
    • Drafting reports and making written recommendations
    • Routine floor walk and checks
    • Partner with store operations to protect the facility through preventative maintenance schedule
    • Coordination with HO team for support
    • Ensure the required supplies are in place example diesel, plumbing, electrical etc.
    • Monthly expenses report
    • Documentation and records
    • Receive/Attend to government agencies

    R & A Technician

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a refrigeration and Air Conditioner technician, you will be responsible for processing and completing work orders, installing new refrigeration systems, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing equipment maintenance. You may also be required to advise on equipment upgrades and alternate cooling units.

    • Processing and completing work orders on appsheet.
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints and compliance schematics of building and schematics.
    • Installing climate control systems, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment.
    • Observing and testing newly installed systems.
    • Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures.
    •  Maintaining stock levels in collaboration with store man
    • Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors.
    • Informing Maintenance manager of repair costs and alternate cooling options.

    SKILL SET/COMPETENCIES

    • High school diploma or relevant qualification recognized by the company.
    • Previous experience as a refrigeration technician.
    • HVAC certification.
    • Braising and soldering skills.
    • Knowledge of local building codes.
    • Ability to read and interpret refrigeration, building and compliance schematics.
    • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.
    • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
    • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
    • Ability to work in sub-zero conditions.
    • Ability to multitask in all aspects of the department.
    • Perform general housekeeping and ensure all work stations are left clean and tidy.
    • Should be able to able to maintain good communication and inter-personal relationship with co-
    • employees and others
    • Must be dependable, attentive to details, a creative thinker and a good team player
    • Should be able to think` out of the box, innovative and possess problem solving ability

    Account Officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Junior Account Officer is responsible for supporting the accounting team by performing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial data.

     

    • Assisting in processing of vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner
    • Support monthly vendor payment processing activities
    • Sort, organize and filing of documents for record-keeping purpose and compliance
    • Reconciliation of vendor statements of account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
    • Stamp all processed documents PAID and FT for proper documentation
    • Responding to Vendors inquiries by email and other communication channels

    SKILL SET

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
    • Strong communication skill, detail oriented and strong observation skill
    • Customer service focus to ensure positive shopping experiences
    • Should be able to maintain good inter-personal relationship with co-employees and others
    • Strong attention to details, a creative thinker and a good team player 
    • Able to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously and be able to work effectively
