    Equity Sales trader

    Job Summary

    • The Position Holder is responsible for handling both proprietary, and clients’ equity trading transactions with the aim of profitably building the company’s market share of equity trading transactions in the market, whilst maintaining excellent service levels in trade execution.

    Job Details

    • Execute Clients’ Mandates: Execute client instructions with respect to either buying new stock or selling existing stock. 
    • Regulatory Environment: Should have deep understanding and continuous development of rules and regulations of the NSE, SEC, NASD, and operations of market infrastructure. 
    • Support Business Development: Development and review of business development proposals for quoted equities mandates for both current and prospective customers. The Position Holder is also responsible for preparing sales pitches and provide investment advisory & timely information, in general, to clients. 
    • Market Presentations: Be prepared to keep up to date with market intelligence concerning quoted equities. Be capable of offering insightful trade ideas and opinions to clients and teammates as needed. 
    • The Position Holder is also responsible for assisting with packaging economic and stock research for dissemination via Bloomberg and other portals. 
    • Portfolio Monitoring: Constant reviewing of the asset allocation of assigned HNI equity accounts. Supports Team’s Development: Provides advice, guidance, and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required.

    Requirements

    Education 

    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university. 
    • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers) 

    Experience 

    • Minimum of 6 years of cognate experience

    Application Manager – Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC Developer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee the functional and development aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, provide functional support for CRM applications, and manage general business applications. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business process understanding, and leadership to ensure the smooth operation, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise applications.

    Job Details

    Business Central (Functional & Development):

    • Oversee the configuration, customization, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for BC enhancements.
    • Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of Business Central issues.
    • Work with development teams to design, test, and deploy custom modules, extensions, and integrations.
    • Ensure system upgrades and patches are successfully implemented with minimal disruption.
    • Train end-users and create documentation for key Business Central processes.

    CRM Functional Support:

    • Provide functional support and administration for the organization's CRM system.
    • Collaborate with business teams to optimize CRM usage and improve customer relationship management processes.
    • Assist in defining workflows, automation rules, and reporting mechanisms within the CRM.
    • Ensure CRM integrations with other business applications are effective and well-maintained.
    • Support user adoption by conducting training sessions and preparing documentation.

    General Application Management:

    • Oversee the performance, maintenance, and enhancement of various enterprise applications.
    • Ensure application security, compliance, and data integrity across platforms.
    • Work closely with vendors and internal IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
    • Manage application lifecycle processes, including testing, deployment, and decommissioning of software.
    • Participate in projects related to application upgrades, migrations, and integrations

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in application management, ERP/CRM support, or software development.
    • Strong functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience is a plus).
    • Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
    • Proficiency in SQL, AL, C/AL, Power Platform, or other relevant tools.
    • Knowledge of API integrations, web services, and business process automation.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

    Database Administrator

    Job Summary

    • The Database administrator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security measures of databases in the enterprise. He/she provides support and guidance for the organization databases, ensures optimal functionality, updates the DBMS as necessary, addresses and resolves any performance issues thereby ensuring maximum uptime is achieved

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in an IT related discipline
    • Master’s or recognized professional certifications will be an added advantage
    • 5+ years of experience in Database Administration 
    • 5+ years of experience in managing Ms. SQL Server, Oracle, PostGRE and Mongo DB DBMS
