Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a large workforce of approximately 100 employees.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth floor operations, maintain high service standards, and drive team productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of 100+ staff across daily operations
• Monitor workflow, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
• Develop and manage staff schedules, shifts, and task allocation
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly
• Conduct regular staff briefings, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure proper stock handling, inventory control, and loss prevention (if applicable)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Floor Manager or similar role
• Proven experience supervising large teams (80–100+ staff)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, or manufacturing environments

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented F&G Operator with 3 years of hands-on experience in die cutting operations within the packaging industry.
• The ideal candidate must be proficient in operating and maintaining die cutting machines and have prior experience working with companies such as Breez or Crownpak.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate F&G die cutting machines efficiently to meet production targets.
• Set up machines, including tooling, alignment, and calibration.
• Ensure high-quality output by adhering to production specifications and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize workflow.
• Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&G Operator or Die Cutting Operator
• Proven experience working with Shonghai Packaging, Studio Press, Crown Pak, or Breez
• Strong technical knowledge of die cutting machinery and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing.
