Overseeing and scheduling regular vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime.
Ensuring all vehicle & bike documents are up to date.
Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules.
Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
Renewal of vehicle and bike documents before their expiration.
On time registration of newly purchased vehicles and motorcycles added to the company’s fleet.
Develop and maintain fleet operations policies manual that outlines responsibilities and procedures for the work.
Overseeing the purchase of new vehicles or equipment for the company’s fleet.
Managing the fleet inventory to ensure all vehicles have the necessary equipment in each vehicle such as fire extinguisher, C- caution, extra tyres, etc.
Ensuring on time rescue of riders/ drivers and the company’s fleet involved in accidents or arrests by road government officials.
Ensuring proper negotiation and purchase of quality bike/ vehicle parts to minimize cost.
Attending to requests from riders and drivers on complaints on their bikes and/or vehicles.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 2 - 5 years work experience.
