    Financial Performance Analyst

    Core Purpose of the Job:

    • As the Financial Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for generating, analyzing and providing insights into financial data that drive business decisions.
    • You will work with the leadership team and all staff to service the customers’ invoicing need, follow up on revenue management, and ensure effective and fit‐for‐purpose information is delivered at the right time to facilitate and enable clear, positive, and consistent management decision‐making.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Track customer usage of product and services, and keep records of level of usage
    • Generate and invoice customers as according to financial term
    • Keep accurate and up‐to‐date financial record of customers
    • Generate and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
    • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance
    • Create reports and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to develop action plans based on analysis results
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
    • Stay up‐to‐date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
    • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by the Management

    • Marketing Team

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of one year experience of in financial analysis or related field

    Academic Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or any related field or equivalent

    • Analytical Skill

    • Relationship management skill
    • Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
    • Proficiency in spreadsheet, and other financial modeling tools
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    Key Performance Indicators (e.g., Quality, Time, Cost, Value)

    • Timely and accurate customers invoice for services delivered.
    • Timely Receivables management
    • Timely delivery of monthly financial performance reports
    • Revenue and budget projections

    Project Manager

    Core Purpose of the Job:

    • As the project manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and supervising projects to meet management’s strategic objectives and to ensure projects are successfully delivered within budget and on time.
    • You will manage all tasks and resources related to the project, ensuring everyone involved is correctly oriented to oversee the execution of each task until it is completed.

    Key Performance Areas: Core, essential responsibilities / outputs of the position (KPA's)

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Enlisting projects once cleared for execution
    • Scoping and schedule management of tasks to be carried out
    • Coordinating and performing project risk assessments before commencement
    • Supervising and leading project execution
    • Managing tasks and resource performance on the project
    • Ensuring project milestones are met
    • Conducting team and planning meetings
    • Modifying the project plan as may be required from time to time
    • Liaising with stakeholders to provide progress reports as required
    • Closing projects and documenting lessons learnt for future improvement
    • As aligned with your Line Manager

    Supervisory/Leadership/Managerial Complexity:

    • Supervise projects across different departments

    Work Experience:

    •  Minimum of two years’ experience of which at least one of it must be in a software role

    Academic Qualification:

    • BSC or equivalent in Project Management or any other related field

    Professional Qualification:

    • PMP certification will be an added advantage
