This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Officer - MFB. The Finance Officer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate financial data. The individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing finance operations, working with budgets, and providing insights to guide strategic financial decisions. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and support decision-making
Solid knowledge of Finance principles and practices, including budgeting and financial planning
Experience in Financial Reporting to ensure compliance and transparency
Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with financial regulations applicable to microfinance institutions is a plus
