Finance Officer - MFB at AjoCard Limited

Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Officer - MFB. The Finance Officer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate financial data. The individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing finance operations, working with budgets, and providing insights to guide strategic financial decisions. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and support decision-making
• Solid knowledge of Finance principles and practices, including budgeting and financial planning
• Experience in Financial Reporting to ensure compliance and transparency
• Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with financial regulations applicable to microfinance institutions is a plus
