Job summary;

• As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning and analysis, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget.
• Optimise cash flow by effectively managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organisation's financial position.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a finance manager and developing financial reports and metrics
• Must have experience preparing financial statements according to IRFRS, in Taxation, certified Accountant (either ICAN, CIMA or ACCA membership)
