As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning and analysis, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget.
Optimise cash flow by effectively managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital.
Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organisation's financial position.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a finance manager and developing financial reports and metrics
Must have experience preparing financial statements according to IRFRS, in Taxation, certified Accountant (either ICAN, CIMA or ACCA membership)
