Job Summary

• Our Client is in need of a Finance Manager that will serve as a crucial link between our company and our valued clients.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional products or services.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the sales team to pursue new business from existing clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify areas where our products or services can provide value.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues or concerns.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
• Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
• Must have oil and gas work experience
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management with minimum of 10 years experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical or business concepts.
• Results-oriented and a strong team player.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Posting advertisements on our social media platforms.
• Posting content regularly on our Social Media Platforms.
• Managing sponsored ads on all our Social Media Handles.
• Engaging effectively with our online community.
• Designing stunning fliers to be posted on our Social Media Handles.
• Creating videos to be posted on all our platforms as at when necessary.
• Creating a Content Calendar to monitor posts
• Submitting monthly reports on Social Media activities and engagement.

Requirements

• Must be Social Media Savvy
• Must possess basic graphics design and video editing skills
• Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection
• Must be able to use MS Office packages (MS Word and MS Powerpoint )
