    Finance Business Partner

    About the job

    • Coordinate the acquisition of structured finance projects: define the offers, make the deals, and coordinate the negotiation processes. Build and manage portfolios of structured finance projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with the allocated business leader to manage the budget and finances of their business or function, ensuring that all financial activity is within the stipulated guidelines to protect the financial health of the organisation.
    • Provide sound advice on business decisions to enable business leaders to make financial decisions that will contribute to the continued growth of the organisation.
    • Identify and highlight financial risks within the allocated area and recommend and implement potential mitigation strategies to minimise financial loss to the business.
    • Participate in the annual budgeting process, taking into consideration the Group and business strategies to ensure that the budget enables the effective operation and growth of the business.
    • Undertake regular financial forecasting

    User Access Administrator

    About the job

    • The User Access Administrator is responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling user access to Interswitch’s systems, applications, and platforms to ensure appropriate access rights in line with the principle of least privilege. The role supports identity and access management (IAM) processes, enhances security posture, and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    User Administration:

    • Administer users’ logical access on systems (Active Directory/Entral ID and business application in line with provisions of the policy and access control matrix.
    • Support the deployment and administration of token / 2-factor authentication services within the organization.
    • Support day-to-day operations of access management (creation, modification, deletion, etc) for users.
    • Coordinate the support and maintenance of secure user accounts and access administration processes in accordance with information security policies and procedures.
    • Periodic review of user login activities for inactive or unused user profiles for deactivation.
    • Provide input for security awareness based on identified risks in user management activities.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of access management systems in the Information security industry.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team lead, Identity and Access management.
    • Key Management:
    • Manage cryptography key management operations to support various projects and 3rd party integrations.
    • Social Engineering Test:
    • Administer social engineering tests, collate, and analyse results and prepare reports for management.
    • Physical Access control.
    • Administer users’ physical access to business areas.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related discipline.
    • 2–5 years of experience in user access administration, identity and access management, or information security operations.
    • Hands-on experience managing user access across enterprise applications, operating systems, and databases.
    • Good understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, and access certification.
    • Familiarity with directory services and IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, IAM/GRC platforms).
    • Basic understanding of information security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
    • Strong documentation, reporting, and audit support skills.
