    Field Engineer (Oil & Gas)

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead multi-discipline engineering designs and issue DED deliverables and Construction Drawings.
    • Conduct site visits and validate client requirements; ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of construction and inspection activities with contract requirements.
    • Supervise all activities of technicians and vendors and ensure strict adherence to Safety rules and best Engineering Practices in conformity with International Codes and Standards
    • Run field operations and offer technical support
    • Maintain Project Expectations and Report Project Status
    • Ensure availability and maintain functionality of all company equipment, tools and other relevant assets
    • Ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of construction and inspection activities with contract requirements.
    • Review information to ensure accuracy in bidding proposals
    • Train and mentor junior field engineers and graduates.
    • Coordinate the preparation of "as-built" documentation packages for fabrication and offshore or onshore construction.

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Construction related Engineering discipline; Master's Degree is a plus.
    • 7+ years of Project Engineering experience, especially on EPCIC contracts in the Oil & Gas Industry
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and/or Primavera, AutoCAD, and 3D Modelling Software
    • Membership of Nigeria Society of Engineer (NSE)
    • COREN Registration
    • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).

    Project Manager (Oil & Gas)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise and direct overall project activities, including planning and coordinating, monitoring and control, and reporting.
    • Maintain all company/project policies, procedures, and standards
    • Develop detailed project plans including resources, timeline, testing and budget
    • Facilitate all aspects of Project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, action items follow up, project meeting minutes, material expediting, procedures, method statements, Project Schedules, and Risk Register from project creation through closeout
    • Regularly interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, communicating project status, risks, and issues
    • Apply business acumen and critical thinking skills to identify project risks and opportunities, making strategic decisions as required
    • Clearly communicate SMART expectations to vendors and team members
    • Driving continuous process improvements in project operations and development.

    Required Skills and Abilities

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Construction related Engineering discipline; Master's is a plus.
    • 8+ years of Project Management experience, especially on EPCM contracts in the Oil & Gas Industry
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and/or Primavera, AutoCAD, and 3D Modelling Software
    • Detailed Engineering Design and Multitasking capabilities.
    • Proficiency in current industry-standard project management tools and systems
    • Exceptional Organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills
    • Strong work ethic, a high degree of professionalism with the ability to work with little supervision, handle multiple tasks in an organized manner, produce quality work and meet strict deadlines.
    • PMP Certification will be an added advantage
    • Membership of Nigeria Society of Engineer (NSE)
    • COREN Registration
    • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
