Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the operationsof the salesteam.
• Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team.
• Implement strategies to cross-sell and up-sellcosmetic products or services.
• Build a new customer base to maximize sales.
• Work on strategies to improve team motivation.
• Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service.
• Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
• Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
• Supervise field marketing and sales force.
• Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
• Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

Requirements
Candidates should possess the following:

• A Degree in Marketing or any Business related course.
• Possess 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess good leadership skills
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Good communication skills
• Only candidates who livewithin Abuja metropolis will be considered.

• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
• Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
• Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
• Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

Requirements

• Should have a B.Sc in Mass communication or any related course
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be actively decisive
• Should be adaptive
• Be required to work Mondays to Saturdays
