Job Description

• Participate in the articulation and operationalization of the estates' management framework
• Develop policies, procedures, forms, and templates to support work deliverables.
• Serve as the first-line interface with homeowners, government agencies, and other parties on assigned properties
• Manage property income streams; ensuring timely invoicing and collection of bills such as service charges, rent, utility bills, etc
• Conduct periodic and thorough appraisals of existing investments and advice Management as appropriate

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Estate Management, Engineering or any other related field.
• Project Management certification will be an added advantage
• Very good knowledge of the real estate industry with particular emphasis on property management.
• A high level of assertiveness
• Good Negotiation, Leadership skills, and Networking skills.
• Good crisis/conflict management skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and influential skills
• Great organizational and team player skills.

Job Description

• Support in the supervision of facility management activities
• Submit detailed report of facility management tasks
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Support in ensuring the quality of work, labor and materials
• Support facility manager in ensuring proper running of the estates
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Student or NYSC Member or HND/ BSc Estate Management, any aspect of engineering or Construction Management from a recognized Institution.
• 0 – 1 years working experience post NYSC in construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Excellent conversation/reporting skills
• Outstanding negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be Lagos-based (MANDATORY)
