Facility Manager at Strongmas Residence Development

Job Description

• Participate in the articulation and operationalization of the estates' management framework
• Develop policies, procedures, forms, and templates to support work deliverables.
• Serve as the first-line interface with homeowners, government agencies, and other parties on assigned properties
• Manage property income streams; ensuring timely invoicing and collection of bills such as service charges, rent, utility bills, etc
• Conduct periodic and thorough appraisals of existing investments and advice Management as appropriate

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Estate Management, Engineering or any other related field.
• Project Management certification will be an added advantage
• Very good knowledge of the real estate industry with particular emphasis on property management.
• A high level of assertiveness
• Good Negotiation, Leadership skills, and Networking skills.
• Good crisis/conflict management skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and influential skills
• Great organizational and team player skills.
