    Experienced Executive Assistant

    Role

    • We are looking to hire a single and experienced female executive assistant for the office of the CEO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling with precision
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
    • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
    • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
    • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
    • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive when required
    • Support project coordination and follow up on action items
    • Maintain office systems, filing, and documentation processes
    • Assist in planning company events and executive functions.

    Requirements

    Job Summary
