    Executive Talent Sourcer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Talent Acquisition and management – Oversee full cycle recruitment- job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and the issuance of job offers through various channels
    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
    • Strategic Planning – Understand the company’s hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
    • Execute all recruitment plans in line with organizational strategy
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Effectively manage internal stakeholders’ recruitment expectations and provide regular updates
    • Align candidate assessment and evaluation criteria with interview panel members
    • Continuously evaluate the recruitment process to improve quality and effectiveness
    • Brand positioning and building to enhance company’s image to attract and retain top talent
    • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and role requirements.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
    • Create reports and dashboards to depict the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts
    • Ensure that recruitment strategies are in alignment with relevant laws and industry regulations
    • Foster DEI- Diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the entire recruitment process
    • Manage a team of HR Recruitment Analysts

    Requirements

    • Minimum of second class upper degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or relevant course
    • HR Generalist experience and Specialist skills in Talent acquisition and Executive Search
    • 5+ years’ experience in Talent management
    • A master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
    • Track record of filling key positions in fast-paced organizations
    • Candidate must be CIPM certified
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Must have experience managing diverse teams
    • Ability to develop and manage performance tools, processes and policies

    Business Development Lead

    Responsibilities:

    • End to End Implementation of existing partnership projects
    • Coordinate the draft of partnership frameworks
    • Ensure compliance with approved partnership framework
    • Monitor the deliverables and timelines of partnership projects
    • Identify potential partners and their respective business needs
    • Proffer solutions, services, products that can be designed for potential clients.
    • Establish and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • Develop a sizeable portfolio of clients from various sectors of the economy.
    • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
    • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
    • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
    • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
    • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 4 - 5 years of experience in Business Development & Partnerships.
    • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
    • Experience working with clients in the public sector & NGO’s Sis required.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
