    Executive Driver

    About the job

    • Safely transport the principal(s) to and from residence and work every day.
    • Provide personal protection to the principal by assessing potential security risks and implementing protective measures.
    • Maintain a clean and mechanically sound vehicle for secure transportation.
    • Possess advanced defensive driving skills to avoid potential threats, accidents, or hazards.
    • Conduct thorough advance planning to identify potential security threats and establish security protocols, including route planning, security sweeps, and emergency response procedures.
    • Monitor all environments for potential threats, suspicious activity, or individuals who may pose a risk to the principal's safety.
    • Be prepared to respond to security incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies, security breaches, or hostile encounters.
    • Plan and analyze routes to minimize exposure to potential risks.
    • Maintain knowledge of alternate routes and traffic conditions so to be able to adjust routes to necessary alternatives to avoid delays.
    • Maintain effective communication with the principal to ensure smooth operations and security coordination.
    • Safely operate and maintain vehicles used for the principal’s transportation and security, ensuring they are secure and in good working condition.
    • Keep the vehicle stocked with essential items, such as first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency tools.
    • Ability to build and maintain appropriate and effective working relationships with principal and ensure their comfort and trust.
    • All other duties as assigned by the principal.
    • Prior experience in executive protection
    • Prior law enforcement experience

    Training and certifications:

    • Experienced in administering First Aid, CPR, Defensive tactics, EMT Certification
    • Excellent physical fitness and firearms proficiency, if applicable.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Discretion and the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people.
    • Good communication skills with the ability to speak, write and read English
    • Not more than 50 years of age.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed under high-stress situations.
    • Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
    • Discretion, professionalism, disciplined and a commitment to confidentiality.

    Cold Kitchen Personnel

    About the job

    • Preparation and arrangement of materials for food production
    • Ensure meal preparation process are consistent and adheres to standard recipes as set by the Executive Chef
    • Prepare all cold dishes according to recipes, safety guidelines and standards set by the Executive Chef
    • Inspect all food products and cooking tools before use; select and use only food items/tools in compliance food safety and hygiene standards
    • Prepare all dishes following specified recipes and yield guides
    • Supervise the cleanliness and orderliness of working area in line food hygiene and safety guidelines
    • Supervise compliance with specific preparation instructions for each recipe and food safety and hygiene guidelines
    • Supervise all preparation and storage and ensure they are carried out under appropriate condition and temperature
    • Monitor inventory and replenish as and when due to avoid stock out while ensuring availability of appropriate stock levels and supplies according to daily production plan
    • Ensure compliance with preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature
    • BSC, HND or equivalent in Culinary or related fields
    • Minimum 2 years' working experience in cooking/culinary or related departments
    • Working knowledge of the fundamentals of cooking
    • Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
    • Availability to work in varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Working knowledge of food safety practice and procedure
    • Effective communication skills

    • Ensure portioning of meals according to customer specifications and food safety guidelines
    • Ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment and work area
    • Ensure the right plate and utensil is used for each meal

    • Record the handling time and temperatures of all meals plated at the beginning and end of the process
    • Cover, label and store decanted products
    • Cling film, color code and properly store all bulk items
