    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives.
    • They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
    • Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

    Administrative and Technical Support:

    • Provide daily technical and administrative assistance to the Executive.
    • Manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Conduct research, develop presentations, and draft various documents for the Executive’s use.
    • Attend meetings, conferences, and events with the Executive, providing support and taking minutes as required.
    • Act as the point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action points.

    Project Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other departments on projects and initiatives as required by the Executive’s office.
    • Contribute to strategy development and planning for departments overseen by the Executive.
    • Support financial modeling and data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets for various projects related to the Executive’s office.
    • Contribute to fulfilling corporate governance requirements, including functional reviews, approvals, and risk management processes.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for funding/financing opportunities.

    Liaison and Representation:

    • Liaise with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders on behalf of the Executive.
    • Represent the Executive in meetings and events as required.
    • Draft posts and articles for the Executive's social media channels and manage communications on those platforms.

    General Support:

    • Carry out personal tasks for the Executive as needed.
    • Stay updated on policy, economic, and technological developments, especially those relevant to the Nigerian market, and provide research reports as needed.
    • Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the Executive.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience.
    • Prior experience in an executive assistant role, particularly within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with corporate governance processes and reporting.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace apps, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
    • Strong research, analysis, and reporting skills.l
    • Experience managing social media channels for senior executives.
    • Ability to draft well-written reports, presentations, and communication materials.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
    • A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently when required.
    • A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues across the organization.
    • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Fraud Monitoring Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Fraud Monitoring Officer is responsible for detecting, preventing, and investigating fraudulent activities within the organization’s operations and customer transactions.
    • The role ensures adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management practices to safeguard the organization from financial and reputational losses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor daily transactions to identify unusual patterns or suspicious activities.
    • Conduct investigations into suspected or confirmed fraudulent cases.
    • Collaborate with Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen fraud detection systems.
    • repare reports on fraud trends and recommend preventive measures.
    • Maintain and update fraud monitoring policies and procedures.
    • Ensure prompt escalation and documentation of fraud-related incidents.
    • Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when necessary.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminology, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 2 - 3  years of relevant experience in fraud monitoring, internal control, risk management, or compliance within the financial sector.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
    • Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and fraud monitoring tools.
    • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of digital banking systems and transaction monitoring platforms.

    Certifications:

    • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) – Added advantage.
