    Events Co-Ordinator

    About the Role

    • The Event Co-Ordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events hosted at Hyatt hotels.
    • This role ensures seamless coordination between clients and hotel departments, delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Hyatt’s standards of service excellence

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all aspects of events including meetings, conferences, weddings, and social functions
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
    • Collaborate with internal departments (banquet, catering, front office, housekeeping, AV team) to ensure smooth execution
    • Prepare event orders, contracts, and detailed function sheets
    • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
    • Conduct site inspections and client meetings
    • Ensure all client requirements and special requests are met
    • Monitor event setup, execution, and breakdown
    • Handle last-minute changes professionally and efficiently
    • Maintain high standards of customer service consistent with Hyatt brand values

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales or administrative support (hotel experience preferred)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

    Sales Manager

    About the Role

    • The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and maximizing sales across hotel services (rooms, events, F&B).
    • This role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction aligned with Hyatt’s brand standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, leisure, MICE segments)
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
    • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
    • Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
    • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
    • 3–6+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
    • Knowledge of local and international travel markets is a plus
