    Enterprise Sales Manager

    About The Job Role

    • The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing relationships with key enterprise clients.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record in managing large accounts.
    • The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with cross - functional teams to meet our clients' needs.
    • Candidates must be familiar with Lagos as a city and its business environment.
    • They should have a background in telecommunications or Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and possess extensive knowledge and experience in Enterprise and B2B business.
    • Additionally, candidates must have experience in fiber sales and a management portfolio of enterprise clients.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
    • Identify and target potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
    • Lead negotiations and close high - value contracts with enterprise clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.

    Job Requirement

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with a demonstrated history of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Sell products or services to existing and potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Clearly explain product features and benefits.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND or S.S.C.E with 0-1 year of experience
