Job Overview

• We are seeking to hire a dynamic Enterprise Architect to maintain IT infrastructure and services in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs to develop solutions from design to technological product.
• Oversee developer teams to ensure the product is delivered on time and to specifications.
• Determine technical needs such as hardware, software, scalability, and security requirements.
• Coordinate design and integration of overall architecture and parts of proposed systems with business.
• Perform consistent updates to documentation and designs as needed. Maintain configuration management database for the bank
• Utilize gap analysis techniques to identify and research problems related to architecture in the enterprise, and proffer appropriate correction to the Team Lead, Enterprise Architecture
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead, Enterprise Architecture.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in STEM
• Minimum of 2 -6 years cognate IT experience, 1 year of which must be in either infrastructure or software development.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage e.g., ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF.

• Our client is sourcing for a focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
• The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Write job descriptions and post them on relevant media platforms.
• Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• In charge of filing company’s documents
• Perform background and reference checks.
• Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
• Keep track of all applicants and keep applicants informed on the application process.
• Forecast recruitment budgets.

Requirements / Experience

• A Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 2.1 in Computer Science or any Engineering-related field.
• A master’s degree is an added advantage.
• To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, technical skills, and the recruitment process.
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Experience in technical recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fast typing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to details.
