    End-User Compute Role

    A system integrator ICT company with a clear focus in technology enabled solutions and professional services is recruiting for End- User Compute Officer.

    Job Summary

    You will be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing Bill of Materials with pricing for solutions relating to Cyber Security and Networks Infrastructure. You will architect for other areas of solution as the company deem fit from time to time. Your goal is to win the customer with innovative solutions that solve customers’ problem at a price point that gives competitive edge without compromising quality and integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Speaking with customers via email, phone, physical meetings for initial requirement capture
    •  Strong knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System and Microsoft Solutions.
    •  Knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions.
    •  Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of concentration.
    •  Keep up to date with various OEM product announcements and sales incentives and programs under your area coverage.
    •  Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by Presales Lead or Sales Lead.
    •  Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization
    •  Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
    •  Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
    •  Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within clients. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
    •  Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
    •  Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
    •  Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions.
    •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
    •  Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
    •  Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment
    •  Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
    •  Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
    •  Deliver Proof of Concepts (POC)
    •  Product presentations and demonstrations
    •  Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
    •  Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
    •  Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
    •  Support the team lead in preparing and implementing annual work and resource plans; support their applicability within the overall company strategy
    • Recognize and actively seek ways to exploit IT to address complex business, organizational and technical issue
    • Implement appropriate procedural and technical access control mechanisms; participate in security incident management, security assessments, and vulnerability testing and make recommendations for corrective actions
    • Support of on-site engineers and end users/customer
    • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
    • Liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers
    • Install, Configure and Troubleshoot various Compute (Storage, Server, Virtualization, Cloud, Backup and Disaster Recovery, NMS) and Microsoft Solutions and Services.
    • Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
    • Plan, monitor, and control projects using the either PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodology
    • Investigate and resolve problems for services within your own area of responsibility; communicate to colleagues as appropriate, following ITIL processes; manage major network-related incidents and bring them to a satisfactory closure
    • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
    • Other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor and management

    Requirements for the Role

    •  University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related courses or numerate disciplines.
    • MSc will be an added Advantage

    Senior Audit and Risk Compliance Officer (Female)

    Location: Gbagada, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • As a Senior Audit & Risk Management Officer (SARMO), you will be responsible to provides critical support to the Director, and to Internal Audit and risk office.
    • In the provision of Risk Management and Internal Audit Services, helping accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
    • You will be required to monitor and oversee all aspects of the auditing process while ensuring they are functioning with accuracy and compliance. Your contribution will help us maintain high quality audits and make better strategic decisions for our business plan.
    • Conduct risk assessment and identify controls in the place to mitigate risks
    • Be responsible for regular update of the Risk Register and follow with respective stakeholders on Risk closure within time frame
    • Assess, evaluate, and promote compliance to internal policies
    • Plan and execute financials, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits
    • Work with external auditors during statutory Audit and provide feedback on their performances
    • Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement
    • Evaluate the adequacy of process design in meeting business and control objectives.
    • Perform special investigations when necessary to safeguard firm assets
    • Follow up on the continuous implementation of ISO standards within the organization.
    • Organize relevant training and awareness sessions for other team members in the Business Assurance units or other departments
    • Drive implementation of the Unit’s strategic initiatives and other ad-hoc assignments that may be required by the Audit Manager/ Senior Management.
    • Conduct periodic spot checks in line with agreed spot check plan or as instructed by the Audit Manager
    • Develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization, including Senior Management.

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree qualification with 4 - 5 years work experience.

    Strategy & Research Officer (Intern)

    Location: Gbagada, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Research and analyse market conditions, industry trends, leading and lagging indicators, competitive dynamics and disruptive forces in support of the organization’s strategy
    • Coordinates collection and analysis of data on trends and developments in the economy and business environment to enable leadership make informed business decisions on investments, new projects and products, and operational growth plans.
    • Provide frequent communication and collaboration with various departments on focus projects and products
