This Role provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations within the power generation unit. Responsibilities include managing phone calls and emails, organizing schedules, preparing and maintaining documents, coordinating communication between technical and administrative teams, and assisting with project and service-related records. The role ensures smooth workflow, proper documentation, and timely support for generator sales, service, and operational activities. Also follow up with client online and onsite and attend to walk in clients.Also tasked at ensuring sales are won. This role directly reports to the Managing Director.
