Job Brief

• We are looking for a creative and innovative Electrical Engineer, who can ensure achievement of set targets for the unit and the organization by working with the team to ensure uninterrupted production through effective maintenance of all machines and utilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure availability of a schedule for maintenance of all Electrical Equipment and office appliances and ensure this schedule is followed through for optimal efficiency output of related appliances and electricals.
• Work with team to achieve machine efficiency, and quick response to work demands.
• Work with team to achieve effective power distribution within the factory & offices.
• Work with team to maintain a schedule for carrying out servicing on the Machines

Essential Attributes and Experience

• B.Sc Degree with 0-1 years experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Quick to learn and adapt
• Engineering and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Certification is also an added advantage
• Proper use of Excel and MS word

Job Brief

• We are looking for a creative and innovative Electrical Engineer, who will be prompt in carrying out repairs on all our machines in the case of breakdown and also efficient in preparing machine reports and Maintenance status.

Responsibilities

•  Ensure prompt response in carrying out all electrical related repairs on our machines in the event of a breakdown to reduce loss of man - hour to 10%.
• Review and prepare machine status and maintenance report daily to ascertain areas of repairs for the machines
• Ensure the continuous updating of machine history card for each machine and keep by each machine.
• Creation and effective use of checklist for every machine operation to reduce machine downtime.
• Conduct daily inspection of cleaning exercise on machines & power appliances with 100% schedule compliance, ensure each machine has a cleaning guide for operators showing expected cleaning task and frequency.
• Establish a monitoring system for spares cost control to ensure availability of spares when required- spare parts planning and budgeting.
• Ensure at least Zero downtime due to non-availability of spare parts.
• Conduct price survey on any part of press machine to be purchased from at least 3 vendors compiled list for approval & sign off by the Head of Engineering.
• Ensure efficiency, discipline, response to work demands, and full compliance with all SOP procedures and processes with accurate retrievable documentation.
• Create and ensure 100% safety procedures are strictly adhered to when carrying out maintenance or repairs.
• Monitor and ensure the effective power distribution within the factory shop floor & offices.
• Maintaining a schedule for carrying out servicing on the Machine Main Drives, Distribution Board & Panels as at when due

Essential attributes and Experience

• 3 - 4 years experience as a Electrical Engineer in the printing industry
• Should be a University Graduate
• Engineering and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Certification
• is also an added advantage
• Proper use of Excel and MS word

Salary
N140,000 monthly.

Principal Accountabilities

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Ensure the establishment of quality procedures including time limits for inspection, sampling and testing of works and other QA/QC requirements.
• Oversee and manage quality assessment of materials through regular and rigid laboratory tests
• Analyze specifications and manuals and provide technical information to implement operating procedures, clarify ambiguities, and solve problems
• Specify system components to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
• Respond to emergencies and take remedial action as required to ensure health, safety and the environment are protected.
• Assist senior management team in preparing sub contract agreements and in recruiting people of various disciplines
• Prepare Final QA/ QC dossier to submit to the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Proven 5 years of working experience in QA/QC Engineering.
• Relevant Work Experience in Construction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Accounting
• ICAN Certification is required
• Minimum of 5 & above years postICAN Experience
• Experience in the ERP (enterprise resource planning) environment is compulsory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be good in accounting with good MS office knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral).

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly
