    Early Years Teacher

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for warm, creative, and dedicated Early Years Teachers to work with children in Crèche, Nursery, and Kindergarten levels. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for early childhood development and child-centered learning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
    • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
    • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
    • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
    • Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers
    • Uphold school values and child-safeguarding standards

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of NCE, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
    • Experience with early years learners is an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff
