    Drivers Admin Supervisor

    Job Description

    • This role supports and provide insights in the development and implementation of drivers' admin policies, procedures, and processes in line with TSL's vision and mission.

    Role Responsibilities.

    • Coordinate driver management activities provide value-added assistance to TSL drivers and operational staff.manage the performance of line reports within the business unit through the formal performance management system.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and security regulations and policies.

    Interested candidates must have:

    • A good university degree in any Social Sciences or its equivalents.
    • Minimum of Between 4-5 years accumulated experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

    Project Analyst

    Job Description

    • This role provides support functions for enterprise projects in project development and project delivery functions with respect to cost. time and Objectives.

    Role Responsibilities.

    • Manage project aspects such as work plan guidance to project team and monitor quality assurance of project implementation.
    • Manage project financials such as invoice tracking, forecasting and project budget vs. actual.

    Road Transport, Emergency, Rescue & Recovery Supervisor

    • The role assist the Road transport emergency rescue and recovery manager, Fleet Operations with the overall operational running of the Emergency rescue operation of all TSEs vehicular assets.

    Role Responsibilities.

    • Supervise and report day to day activities of various rescue operations.
    • Maintains the company's tow. rescue and recovery .
    • Partner with the security team to ensure compliance and effectiveness in the recovery of impounded vehicles.

    • Knowledgeable in Oil and Gas & Fire Emergency Services.

    • Coordinate the activities of all Logistics executives in each contract.
