This role supports and provide insights in the development and implementation of drivers' admin policies, procedures, and processes in line with TSL's vision and mission.
Role Responsibilities.
Coordinate driver management activities provide value-added assistance to TSL drivers and operational staff.manage the performance of line reports within the business unit through the formal performance management system.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and security regulations and policies.
Interested candidates must have:
A good university degree in any Social Sciences or its equivalents.
Minimum of Between 4-5 years accumulated experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
