    Driver - Manual

    Job Summary

    • The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of medical products to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
    • This role requires strong driving skills, adherence to safety standards, and basic tech proficiency to support real-time logistics tracking and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely operate company trucks to deliver medical products (blood, oxygen, and other supplies) to assigned locations
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all deliveries
    • Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after trips (fuel, tyres, brakes, oil, etc.)
    • Properly handle and secure all medical goods during loading and unloading
    • Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery where required
    • Use mobile applications for dispatch updates, route tracking, and delivery confirmation
    • Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company driving policies
    • Report vehicle faults, accidents, or delays immediately to the Logistics Supervisor
    • Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned vehicle
    • Maintain professionalism when interacting with healthcare partners and facility staff

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
    • Valid and current driver’s license (compulsory)
    • 2–3 years proven experience as a truck driver
    • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications for work-related tasks
    • Must own and be proficient in using an Android smartphone
    • Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations
    • Ability to drive long distances safely and efficiently
    • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
    • Good communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in logistics, healthcare delivery, or cold-chain transportation
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

    Account Receivable Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for managing the organization’s receivables process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and effective follow-up on outstanding payments.
    • The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients while supporting the company’s financial health.
    • The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.

    • 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting roles.
    • Experience in healthcare, logistics, technology, or startup environments is an added advantage.
