    Documentation Specialist I

    • We are seeking a Documentation Specialist I to manage all aspects of document control within our project scope.
    • This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in handling project documentation while supporting our project teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement the Information Management Plan and document control procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with the Company Records Management Program.
    • Enforce Information Management requirements across Project Plans, Contract Coordination Procedures, and Purchase Orders.
    • Perform quality checks on Engineering and Supplier deliverables, reporting deficiencies to the Information Management Lead.
    • Maintain and update Master Document Registers (MDRs), Supplier MDRs (SMDRs), and Document Distribution Matrixes (DDMs) to meet project needs.
    • Verify contractor and supplier documentation meets contract requirements; initiate corrective actions when necessary.
    • Monitor progress of deliverables and provide reports, including look-ahead and overdue items.
    • Participate actively in project meetings and anticipate information management needs.
    • Prepare training materials and conduct workshops for Project Teams.
    • Train clerical staff in document handling in line with project procedures.
    • Conduct gap analyses of contractor document control procedures and recommend improvements.
    • Identify differences between contractor EDMS and Company EDMS (UDOCS) and communicate findings.
    • Validate contractor deliverables and associated metadata for transfer to Company EDMS.
    • Support the Documents for Operations (DFO) Coordinator and Project Information Management Lead.
    • Promote capital efficiency in project documentation management.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • University degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
    • Experience in operations or project technical support with strong document management skills.
    • Working knowledge of Information Management requirements across project phases.
    • Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and document control IT tools.
    • Strong written communication skills for creating procedures, presentations, and interacting with Project Teams.
    • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.

    Geophysicist III

    • MAIN FUNCTIONS
    • Supports and enhances 2D/3D seismic and wellbore acquisition programs across company. Will interface with the operating groups, other technical specialists, and vendors to provide 2D/3D seismic and borehole seismic survey acquisition solutions which safely meet organizational goals and commitments. May serve as a Formation Evaluation Specialist.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • In addition to the Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, a Level 3:
    • Experienced with post-stack and pre-stack seismic inversion / AVO
    • Experience in seismic attribute analysis to define structural and depositional environment/facies
    • Strong experience with carbonates
    • Application of geophysics to unconventional plays experience.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Geotechnical or Geophysical required
    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Geology & Geophysical interpretation skills
    • Advance Petrophysical analysis skills in Siliciclastic settings
    • Competency in computing applications (Geology & Petrel)
    • Strong knowledge of the Petroleum Geology of the local area at a basic minimum
    • Geoscience computing skills
    • Good team player, ability to work effectively in and with diverse work groups
    • Strong mentoring and coaching skills
    • Experience in interpreting gravity and magnetic data.
    • Sound knowledge in seismic processing and seismic acquisition operations.
    • Strong structural geology background with experience in all tectonic systems, in all geologic environments and all reservoir types.

    Project Logistics Manager III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provide Project team with overall management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment and execution. Interface with Operations Logistics, Production Affiliate, Drilling, Procurement, and other General Services throughout the various stages of the process. Collaborate on logistics between Drilling and company Projects and share lessons learned.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • In addition to all Level 1 tasks, Level 2 and 3:
    • Establish and maintain proper communication channels to inform Management, Partners, Government Agencies and others to ensure that they receive pertinent and required information.
    • Coordinate with other members of the management team to ensure that all matters related to development and operations are carried out in an orderly manner.
    • Accountable for overall costs, safety and environmental performance of the subsurface department

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement
    • BS/MS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree
    • Willing to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support
    • Reservoir Engineering management experience
    • Experienced in corporate production forecasting
    • Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills.
    • Experience in managing multi-cultural and multi discipline team

    Drilling Project OI Advisor III

    • We are seeking a Drilling Offshore Installation (OI) Project Advisor III to support drilling operations with a strong focus on Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE). This role serves as the primary point of contact for SSHE matters on drilling projects, ensuring safe operations, compliance, and proactive risk management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent the Company on all SSHE matters for drilling projects, rig sites, and rig transport operations.
    • Develop, maintain, and execute SSHE programs, plans, and initiatives, including Operations SSHE Plans, Site Stewardship Plans, Emergency Management Plans, and Drill Team SSHE Leadership Forums.
    • Monitor contractor/service partner compliance with all Company SSHE requirements and advise Operations Superintendents on emerging issues.
    • Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure adherence to oi Systems and Company drilling SSHE standards.
    • Facilitate site inductions, safety training, and Drill Team SSHE safety steering committees.
    • Investigate incidents/accidents, provide mitigation advice, and implement preventive measures.
    • Track safety trends and proactively address risks to maintain an injury-free work environment.
    • Collaborate with rig and operations teams to reinforce company vision, safety awareness, and compliance culture.
    • Deliver accurate reporting, operations feedback, and SSHE guidance in line with project requirements.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Extensive knowledge of drilling operations, processes, and safety regulations.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Strong organizational, judgment, and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate with employees and contractors.
    • Ability to operate with minimal supervision in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience working internationally with diverse teams and cultures.
    • Fit for duty in remote offshore/onshore drilling environments with physical demands (standing, climbing, walking, etc.).
    • Proven record of delivering excellence in SSHE performance.
    • High ethical standards and integrity in all work activities.

    Wellwork Supervisor III

    • We are looking for a Wellwork Supervisor III to provide planning and onsite execution support for wellwork, workover, and well intervention operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while supervising Service Partner personnel at all stages of execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Well Management Engineers and onsite Company representatives in planning and executing wellwork operations.
    • Supervise Service Partner personnel, ensuring work readiness, proper logistics, and safe execution.
    • Serve as the primary contact for operational execution and coordination with engineering teams.
    • Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) standards and manage related events.
    • Communicate and enforce expectations for oi Systems, Wellwork Integrity Management System (WIMS), and Work Management System (WMS).
    • Troubleshoot operational issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Monitor wellwork operations and provide feedback to the Wellwork Coordinator and Operations Superintendent.
    • Assist Engineering in developing and evaluating wellwork procedures for feasibility and completeness.
    • Ensure equipment inspections, rig-ups, and testing meet company standards.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and capture Lessons Learned.
    • Prepare detailed handover notes and reports for incoming supervisors.
    • Mentor and coach early-career Wellwork Supervisors, Production Operators, and Engineers.
    • Support QA/QC inspections and onsite surveillance requirements.
    • Perform relief duties as Wells Operations Superintendent as required.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years’ industry experience in wellwork supervisory roles, including wellwork, workover, rigless intervention, or hydraulic workover operations.
    • Prior experience with operators or slickline, coiled tubing, or wireline service providers.
    • Current Well Control certification.
    • Strong leadership, operational planning, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills.
    • Knowledge of WIMS, WMS, and industry safety and compliance standards.
