    Dispatch Riders

    About the Role

    • We are recruiting competent Dispatch Riders to handle timely deliveries and uphold excellent customer service standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver items to customers promptly and safely
    • Maintain delivery records and ensure proper documentation
    • Keep the motorcycle in good working condition
    • Communicate professionally with customers
    • Follow assigned routes and schedules

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE with 2-3 years experience
    • Valid rider’s card/license
    • Good knowledge of Lagos routes
    • Previous dispatch experience is an advantage
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
    • Must be dependable, respectful, and well-mannered.

    Salary

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of executing our digital strategy.
    • You will be responsible for managing our online presence across various channels, from social media and email to SEO and paid advertising.
    • The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker who can develop engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to achieving our key business objectives. If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content & Social Media Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, original content (including graphics, video, and written copy) that aligns with our brand voice.
    • Schedule and monitor social media posts, and actively engage with our online community.

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing:

    • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
    • Assist in the creation of SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and other digital assets.
    • Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

    Email & Automation Marketing:

    • Build and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing, and promotional blasts.
    • egment email lists and A/B test subject lines and content to optimize open and click-through rates.
    • Manage the company’s contact database and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

    Paid Advertising (PPC):

    • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
    • Monitor budgets, track performance, and report on ROI for all paid activities.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track, measure, and analyze all digital marketing campaign performance against goals (KPIs).
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Website Management:

    • Perform basic updates and maintenance on the company website using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
    • Ensure a consistent and positive user experience across all digital touchpoints.

    Qualifications & Skills
    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Proven experience of 1-3 years in a digital marketing role.
    • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO principles.
    • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

    Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):

    • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software.
    • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
    • Experience with a CMS like WordPress.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

    HR Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities
    Recruitment & Staffing:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Maintain a talent database and support employer-branding initiatives.

    Onboarding & Orientation:
