    HR Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities
    Recruitment & Staffing:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Maintain a talent database and support employer-branding initiatives.

    Onboarding & Orientation:

    • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
    • Coordinate induction programs and monitor probation periods.

    Employee Relations

    • Serve as a contact point for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
    • Promote a positive work environment through staff engagement initiatives.

    Performance Management:

    • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
    • Track performance reviews and support managers in employee development planning.
    • Identify training needs and help coordinate training programs.

    HR Administration & Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, attendance, leave).
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for audits.
    • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.

    Experience

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 4 years of experience.
