Job Description

Supervising Dispatch Operations:

Monitoring and Tracking:

• They monitor the progress of dispatched vehicles, shipments, or personnel to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of resources.
• This involves utilizing tracking systems, GPS technology, or other monitoring tools to maintain visibility and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

Communication and Coordination:

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to order management and inventory control.
• Assist in special projects or initiatives related to order processing, inventory optimization, or process improvement, as assigned by the supervisor or management.
