Job Description

Supervising Dispatch Operations:

Dispatching Assignments:

• The Dispatch Manager assigns tasks to individual dispatchers or drivers, taking into consideration their skills, availability, and proximity to the destination.
• They communicate assignments clearly and provide necessary instructions and documentation.

Monitoring and Tracking:

• They monitor the progress of dispatched vehicles, shipments, or personnel to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of resources.
• This involves utilizing tracking systems, GPS technology, or other monitoring tools to maintain visibility and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

Communication and Coordination:

Requirement
