Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Officer educates Tranos’ total addressable market (TAM) through advertisements (SEO, SEM, keyword research, and technical content creation), generates qualified leads, provides website support for content management, and strategically positions the brand for top-of-mind awareness (TOMA).

Job Details

• Plan and develop strategy for ad sets, keywords, and bid strategy 
• Drive growth and performance marketing including ad budgeting for various platforms i.e. Google display, email display, search engine optimization, in-app adverts, and Meta channels
• Optimize SEO and Website - improving website visibility, optimizing landing page for conversion and technical SEO. 
• Support decision making through data analytics & reporting 
• Drive and manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years in digital marketing (B2B experience is a big plus)
• Good understanding of SEO & SEM 
• Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Data analysis and reporting skills 
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus  
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) 
• Experience with HTML and CSS is a solid bonus

Job Details

• Create detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts for systems and components.
• Develop and test prototypes of new products.
• Ensure designs meet specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and production teams.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Perform calculations to determine electrical requirements.
• Conduct simulations and analyze test results to refine designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for designs, including specifications, test procedures, and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date project records and design files.
• Ensure all documentation and designs complies with company and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety features into designs.
• Stay informed about new regulations and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Atleast 4+ years of experience in electrical design engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and electrical design tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and power distribution.
