• Increase brand presence on all Digital/Social media channels
• increase Social media followers across all channels
• Generate leads and convert across all digital/Social media platform
• Report on the value of prospects generated from all our digital/Social media channels
• Actively engage users on all our social media channels e.g. Facebook and twitter
• 100% website optimization
• Reputation management across all digital/Social media channels
• Increase viewers’ retention and total watch time of all our video contents on YouTube or website
• Increase average click and share per post on all our digital/Social media channels
• improve customer satisfaction across all digital / social media channels.
• Measure ROI across all digital/social media channels

GENERIC ACTIVITIES

• Generic list of activities and tasks
• All administrative & documentation function
• Liaising with suppliers
• Managing all existing social media platforms for constant feedback
• Generating invoice for communication material production
• All other activities as may be required
