    Digital Marketer / Community Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to inquiries and feedback on all social media platform and information platform.
    • Post engaging and interactive contents on social media daily.
    • Write engaging captions for each post.
    • Work with the relevant department to ensure that the right information is disseminated across all platforms.
    • Analyze and write reports of social media insights, feedbacks and information.
    • Organize and plan outreach, events, get together etc.
    • Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance SEO efforts.
    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
    • Must reside in Lagos
    • Must be innovative and possess problem solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
    • Proficiency in Graphic Design tools (eg., Canva, Adobe, etc)
    • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs.

    Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and quotas.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, create and process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Document knowledge in the form of solution articles

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Must reside in Lagos
    • Must be innovative and possess problem solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
