Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer for a real estate firm to develop and execute strategies that drive online visibility, generate leads, and increase property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings
• Manage social media platforms and online presence
• Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
• Generate and nurture leads for the sales team
• Track campaign performance and provide reports
• Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation strategies
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Must reside within or close to Ifako / Ijaiye, Ogba.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
• Promote real estate properties, deals, and investment opportunities
• Convert leads into site inspections and potential sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about properties
• Meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any related field
• Experience in telemarketing or sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Must reside within or close to Ifako/Ijaiye, Ogba.
