Job Summary
- We are seeking a persuasive and target-driven Telemarketer for a growing real estate firm.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, promoting property offerings, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
- Promote real estate properties, deals, and investment opportunities
- Convert leads into site inspections and potential sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about properties
- Meet daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any related field
- Experience in telemarketing or sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Must reside within or close to Ifako/Ijaiye, Ogba.
