Digital Marketer at Esetech

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results driven Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence, attract new customers and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content and identifying opportunities to increase customer acquisition, engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales.
• Manage the company\'s social media platforms and ensure consistent, engaging content publication.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google and all relevant social media platforms
• Develop marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement and conversions, and prepare regular reports.
• Research market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Media, Design, Sales and Customer Service teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years\' relevant digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience in social media management, content planning and digital advertising.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and digital marketing analytics.
• Strong communication, copywriting, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in fintech/financial services is an added advantage.
