Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain company data.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that all information is recorded correctly and efficiently, supporting smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company systems and databases
• Verify accuracy of data before and after entry
• Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
• Maintain organized records (digital and physical files)
• Retrieve data as requested by management
• Generate basic reports when required
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information
• Assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• 1–5years experience in data entry or administrative role
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary
N170,000 - N270,000 monthly.
