    Data Analyst

    Job Description

    • Ensure performance scorecards are done; Achievement vs Budget.
    • Assist in the Preparation of Monthly scorecards.
    • Analyze budget and performance of the various units in Transaction banking.
    • Collate data from various sources to prepare weekly/monthly reports to the business.
    • Make data available to the various unit in Transaction banking.
    • Track Transaction banking performance vis-à-vis the budget.
    • Review performance report by Finance.
    • Coordinate MPR sessions for Transaction Banking.
    • Prepare ad hoc reports as may be requested by the business.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head Transaction Banking/Head MIS.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc. in any field.
    • 1-3 years experience as a data analyst, preferably in the banking sector.

    Job Description

    • The role requires a commercially astute individual with strong planning and analysis skills, able to look beyond the numbers and understand the wider business context that results in effective business partnering.
    • Responsible for strategic planning and performance management processes.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develops efficient embedded systems for data transparency throughout the organization.
    • Provides curated actionable information and analysis to the board and management with the objective of continuous improvement in decision making and financial performance of the organization.
    • Manages the organization’s performance dashboards. Customizes dashboards based on targetaudience.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
    • 8+ years related experience in financial management and analysis
    • Strong data analytics skills (Advanced Excel, Power BI)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Sales Executive (Team Lead)

    Job Description

    • Identify and approach potential clients, converting enquiries to sales.
    • Manage, resolve or escalate customer complaints.
    • Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of required solutions, working with internal stakeholders in preparing installation proposals.
    • Analyze customers’ needs and collect customers’ information to recommend products to improve sales.
    • Maintain comprehensive database information on all existing relationships and prospects in liaison with information systems, and financial control functions.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Perform sales and marketing duties as directed by the Team Lead.

    Associate Deal Origination & Investment Officer

    Job Description

    • To ensure proper screening of investment applications and that structured finance proposals are in strict compliance with the company’s “Viability Model” as well as Investment Strategy and Policy Framework.
    • The primary responsibility is to prepare projects for lending decisions to enable acceptance into the project preparation pipeline
    • Providing end-to-end support to the Head of Deals on deals origination on the origination, development, due diligence, approval and implementation process
    • Developing marketing materials / pitch packs and PowerPoint presentations, review and update of market commentaries, Confidential Information Memorandum, written analyses, research, financial statement analysis.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
    • CFA or ACCA
    • Master’s Degree in Finance or MBA, will be preferred
    • At least 4 years’ post-graduate finance / banking / credit experience, largely gained within a Leveraged Finance context or professional services environment.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Good working knowledge of the syndicated loan and project finance markets and the corresponding products
    • Ability to influence and persuade people
    • Ability to understand and interpret economic and sectoral development plans and to identify and select a project preparation pipeline of bankable projects
