    Cybersecurity Engineer

    Role Overview

    • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security systems, while proactively identifying vulnerabilities and responding to potential threats across client environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and manage security solutions across networks and systems
    • Monitor security infrastructure and respond to incidents and threats
    • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
    • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure security best practices
    • Stay up to date with emerging threats and cybersecurity trends

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security
    • Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS)
    • Strong understanding of risk assessment and threat mitigation
    • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, Security+) are an added advantage.

    Country Sales Lead - Cybersecurity Solution

    Role Overview

    • The Country Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and onboarding large and enterprise accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our cybersecurity solutions at executive levels across key industries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing large and enterprise accounts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
    • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
    • Identify new business opportunities within the cybersecurity space
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in enterprise/large account sales (preferably in cybersecurity or tech solutions)

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Performing market research and identifying potential customers.
    • Ability to approach potential customers, through cold calling, arrange meetings with the objective of presenting the company and its services.
    • Working with the company sales policy to achieve sales targets.
    • Developing and perform effective and professional presentation and sales of the company security products to targeted potential customers
    • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to increase both the company and its product’s awareness.
    • Negotiating price, costs and necessary specifications with clients and colleagues.
    • Record keeping of sales progress and information.
    • record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
    • Key Account Management- ensuring timely renewals and excellent relationship management
    • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
    • Giving future (anticipated) buying trends back to the managers.

    Qualifications & Skills Required

    • Proven sales experience preferably in the sales of Security guards’ services.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota and B2B/outside sales experience.
    • Strong communication, good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and product management.
    • Self-motivation and personal drive.
    • B.A. /B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences and other related discipline.
    • Proven, verifiable sales record in security background and FMCG background.
    • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Social Sciences and other related discipline.
    • Professional qualifications will be an advantage

    Other requirements:

    • Good English-speaking skills, verbal and written.
    • Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role Majorly in the Security industry.
    • Extrovert personality
    • Proficient use of Microsoft applications, enhanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
